Electronics Hardware Engineer
Scope of Work
- Electronic schematic design
- Component selection and BOM preparation
- Multi-layer PCB design and layout
- Preparation of PCB manufacturing and assembly documentation
- EMC design for industrial environments
- Technical support and consulting during prototype bring-up and validation
Requirements
- Minimum 5 years of experience in electronics hardware design
- Proficiency with Altium Designer or similar EDA tools
- Experience with industrial communication networks
- Experience in power supply and power electronics design
- Knowledge of ESD, EFT, and Surge protection techniques
- Experience with galvanic isolation
- Practical knowledge of SPI, I2C, and UART interfaces
- Experience designing hardware based on STM32, NXP, or TI microcontrollers
Nice to Have
- Experience with industrial communication protocols such as PROFINET, EtherCAT, or similar
- Experience designing products for CE compliance
- Knowledge of EMC standards and practical EMC testing/debugging
- Experience with hardware for drone detection or RF-based sensing systems
- Good understanding of RF fundamentals, including electromagnetic waves, frequency bands, signal propagation, impedance matching, and RF signal paths
- Practical experience with RF hardware components such as amplifiers, low-noise amplifiers (LNA), attenuators, filters, mixers, couplers, splitters, and RF switches
