Responsibilities

• Design and develop machine-learning models
• Analyze data and choose appropriate algorithms
• Optimize models for performance and quality
• Collaborate closely with Data Engineering and Software Development teams
• Mentor junior team members

Requirements

• Commercial experience with ML (Python, TensorFlow, PyTorch, scikit-learn)
• Solid knowledge of supervised and unsupervised learning methods
• Ability to work with large datasets and Big Data systems
• Proven track record of production-grade model deployment
• Strong analytical skills and problem-solving abilities

Nice to have

• Expertise in NLP, Computer Vision, or Reinforcement Learning
• Familiarity with MLOps tools (MLflow, Kubeflow, Airflow)
• Cloud experience (AWS, GCP, Azure)
