You will be the bridge between technology, design, and business.
Responsibilities
- Plan, coordinate, and monitor project progress
- Define priorities and manage resources
- Communicate with clients and stakeholders
- Identify risks and propose solutions
- Ensure delivery within time, budget, and scope
Requirements
- Experience in project management in IT/engineering
- Knowledge of Agile/Scrum or Waterfall methodologies
- Strong organizational and communication skills
- Ability to work with both technical and business teams
- Fluency in English and Polish
Nice to have
- Certifications (PMP, PRINCE2, Scrum Master)
- Experience with project management tools (Jira, Trello, MS Project)
- Background in electronics, mechanics, or software
